Q&A with upvotes
Questions sort pinned, then most-voted, then oldest. Approve or hide from a moderation queue, and spotlight one question on stage with its answer.
Multiple choice polls
Live bars on the projector, with results you can hold back and reveal when you are ready to talk about them.
Rating polls
Scales up to eleven steps, drawn as columns on the wall with the mean above them. Small samples show counts instead of percentages.
Word clouds
One or two words per entry, with accents and near-duplicates folded together so terms actually merge. Per-person caps and blocked words are host-controlled.
Questions, answered
Do attendees need an app or an account?
No app and no sign-up. They open the join link or scan the QR and go — identity is anonymous and handled for them. They may see a quick “verify you are human” check first, which is how a public room stays usable when anyone can post to it.
Can I moderate questions before they reach the screen?
Yes, by turning on Q&A moderation for the session. It is off by default, so questions appear as they arrive unless you switch it on — then each one waits in a queue for you to approve or hide.
Can the projector and my host controls be open at once?
That is the intended setup. The projector lives at its own URL for the big screen, while the host panel stays on your own device.
How long is session data kept?
Ended sessions and their content are removed after a grace period — about seven days on Free, thirty days on Pro. Hosts can export their data before then.
What does it cost?
Free runs a full meetup room. Optional Pro (~$12/mo) adds more live rooms, longer retention, and cleaner word clouds. Advertising may appear on marketing pages — never on the projector. Data practices are in the Privacy Policy at /privacy.
